| 10.30 am | Convocation ceremony at the Pieter De Somer-aula, C. Debériotstraat 24 (Held in Dutch with simultaneous English translation) |
| 12.15 pm | Reception in the Jubilee Hall of the University Halls |
| 8.30 pm | Opening concert in co-operation with Flanders Festival Flemish Brabant |
