Location

The venue of the meeting is at the Campus Gasthuisberg Onderwijs en Navorsing 2 (GHB ON2), in auditorium BMW6. The registration desk will be in front of the auditorium in the Foyer of the ON2 building.

Here are some suggestions on how to make it to the auditorium on time:
Go to the clinic UZ Gasthuisberg with any one of the following bus lines: 3, 380, 372, 377, 335, 333, 600, enter through the main entrance and follow the bordeaux arrows and the ‘Androgens 2010’ signs to the Foyer of the building ON2 (this is a ten-minute walk) (see map).

If you come by car, there is parking space available for visitors of the UZ Gasthuisberg (8 € per day). You will have to follow the directions described above to the Foyer of ON2.

Directions

By air:

The nearest airport is Brussels Airport. Upon arrival, you can take a direct 20 minutes train to Leuven station from which you can walk, take a bus or a taxi to your hotel.
Brussels South Charleroi airport is a low cost airport. You can take a bus to Charleroi station, than a train to Brussel Zuid station and then a train to Leuven (NOT Louvain-la-Neuve).

By car:

From Brussels - Oostende - Gent

Take the E40 (going towards Ličge) and take the E314 in the direction of Hasselt/Leuven (Louvain). Stay on the E314 towards Hasselt and take exit 16 “diensten UZ”. At the end of the exit road turn right on to the Hertogweg past a fire station on your left. Follow the sign “Onderwijs en Navorsing” (‘Education & Research'). Continue straight on at the new Red Cross building. At the T-junction turn left into the “Villa” car park. To reach the “Onderwijs en Navorsing 2” building, follow the footpath that starts at the entrance to the car park. After crossing the street, follow the footpath on the right to reach the “Onderwijs en Navorsing 2” building.

From Antwerp

Take the E19 towards Brussels . At the end of the E19, take the Ring Road in the direction of Luik / Leuven (Ličge / Louvain). From the Ring, take the exit to the E40 towards Ličge. Leave the E40 and take the E314 in the direction of Hasselt / Leuven (Louvain). Stay on the E314 towards Hasselt and take exit 16 “diensten UZ”. Take a TGV or Brussel Noord and then a train to Leuven station. From here you can take a bus or a taxi to the Gasthuisberg Campus ON2.
