We have chosen 3 hotels for you in Leuven with which we have agreed upon special rates for the conference.

We have no option on rooms anymore in these hotels, but you can still book on AVAILABILITY OF ROOMS, at the special K.U.Leuven rates, until the conference starts.

You need to book the rooms yourself, not forgetting to mention HERUG !! Payment needs to be made directly to the hotel.
