Good to Know

September is very popular for KULeuven congress organisers. Likewise, the 6th EST Congress is on the Leuven September Congress calendar and will run from 23 till 25 September.
So, please keep in mind that there will be several meetings and congresses held during the same period. Leuven is a rather small town and its hotel accommodation is not unlimited.

We are able to provide accommodation in various price ranges on a first come, first served basis.

Please fill in the housing form (Download as MS-Word or PDF-document) and return by mail to: marcdemarree@axontravel.be or fax it to : +32 16 437 228 attn Marc De Marrée. We will then accommodate you, depending on the possibilities at booking time within the price range you wish.

Please book long enough in advance. This will allow us the time needed to process the booking. We can also put your name on the hotels waiting list and allot you accommodation from the moment a room becomes available over the coming months.

Youth hostel-guesthouses from € 15 - € 40 per person breakfast incl., sometimes shared rooms.
Tourist class hotels (La Royale-Industrie-Milles Colones) from € 40 - € 90 per room brf inc.
Superior Tourist class hotels (Ibis-Binnenhof-Biestpoort) from € 90 - € 150 per room brf inc.
First class hotels (Holiday Inn, Novotel New Damshire) from € 139 - € 180 per room brf inc.
Superior class hotels (Begijnhofhotel - Kloosterhotel) from € 180 and up per room brf inc.
