New application system
On 1 December, the International Office put a new application system for international student applicants into operation. The new system makes the application process much easier for candidates – an online form has replaced all the paperwork – and reduces the period between the application and its (possible) approval considerably. The candidate can monitor the status of the application online. If and when the application is approved, he/she can also accept K.U.Leuven’s invitation to enrol online. The applicant then receives an admission letter with which to request all the necessary travel and residency documents.
