"My friends may prefer fries and beer stew, but my favourite Belgian dish is chicory with ham and cheese,” says Thai student Kridsaporn Nantsupawat. The first time chicory with ham and cheese appeared on the dinner table, I loved it! It was so juicy and bitter, unlike any vegetable we have in Thailand."
