Procedure

Article 19 provides students with the possibility to reschedule exams that are programmed during the ordinary examination period to a later date outside the ordinary examination period.
If your application is approved, you should contact the office appointed by your faculty to deal with such cases as soon as possible and at the latest before the beginning of the exam revision period.
If, as a result of exceptional circumstances, you are unable to take the exams scheduled in January and June, article 19 offers you the opportunity to obtain the result of any exams you take after the examination committee meeting in June immediately, and to take a resit exam before the examination committee meeting. In this way, you will still be given two opportunities to take each exam. These exams may be taken outside the ordinary examination period, i.e. in the period after the proclamation in June and before the beginning of the third examination period.
You will obtain the results of the January exams at the same time as all the other students, whereas you will obtain the results semester exams that are taken outside the ordinary examination period after the examination itself. You will also obtain the results of the June exams at the same time as the other students. In the event that you wish to resit a January exam, you will only be able to do so after the examination committee meeting in June, and thus the examination committee will only discuss your entire programme in September.
You must apply to the Director of Student Administration for the spreading of examinations at the beginning of each new academic year.
