Workshop

on

Market modelling of the
Central Western European Electricity Market

15-16 September 2005, K.U.Leuven

Throughout Europe a number of initiatives are taken to facilitate the integration of regional markets into a number of supranational markets. One of these supranational markets could be the Central  Western European Electricity Market, which would involve the Benelux countries, France and Germany.

The K.U.Leuven Energy Institute  – division ETE organises a workshop on market modelling of the Central Western European Electricity market. The workshop wants to gather researchers -- economists and engineers -- who have used quantitative methods to study (parts of) this market. We welcome applications with economic, technical and econometric models.
