Unsubscribe from the weekly newsletter

Different procedures

There are different proceedures for unsubscribing from the 'News from KU Leuven' e-newsletter depending on your status:

• international students
• international staff (nationality not Belgian)
• Non-international staff or students, and individuals not connected to KU Leuven

Unsubscribing as an international student

You can unsubscribe via the administration page for your KU Leuven student network account.

Please note: if you unsubscribe from the e-newsletter, you will no longer be subscribed to any automatic KU Leuven mailing lists.

Unsubscribing as an international staff member (nationality not Belgian)

You can unsubscribe via the administration page of the staff database.

Instructions: 

Navigate to the bottom of the page, where two boxes are currently checked:

1. Toon in organigram (Indien persoon gekoppeld is aan een eenheid)
2. Neem op in automatische mailinglijsten

Uncheck the second box. You will no longer be subscribed to the mailing list.

Please note: if you unsubscribe from the e-newsletter, you will no longer be subscribed to any automatic KU Leuven mailing lists.

Unsubscribing as a non-international staff member or student, or individual not connected to KU Leuven

Just fill in this form and you will be removed from the e-newsletter mailing list.
