Become a member?

How to become a member or a newsletter subscriber in 8 simple steps:

1. Sign up

To become a newsletter subscriber or a member you need to sign up to the website. 

You can sign up, by clicking the sign up button. After clicking this button, you will be redirected to the sign up form. Here you can fill out your personal information and the desired password. 

After filling out all the fields, you can confirm and send this information to us by clicking the register button. Once you've done this, you will receive an e-mail called, Eurotheo registration - activation code. In this e-mail you'll find an activation code and an activation link. This is explained in step 2. Activate your account. 
 

*note: please be sure, you use a correct e-mailaddress otherwise you'll not be able to activate your account. 
 

2. Activate your account.

In the e-mail Eurotheo registration - activation code, you received, you can find an activation link and an activation code. By clicking the activation link your account will be activated. if this doesn't work you can use the activation code.

In case you use the activation code, please copy the activation code from the email, go to the activation page, and paste the activation code in the textfield you find on this page, and click on activate.

Your account has now been activated, this implies you can choose to receive our free newsletter, and you can now continue to apply for membership.

Please note: after having gone through steps 1 and 2 you are only registered as a Newsletter subscriber, not yet as a full member of the Society. If you wish to become a member go through steps 3.1 to 3.5.

3. Becoming a member

To become a member you need to login with the login data you filled out in step one. If you are logged in succesfully  you need to go to your profile page. Here you will find the become a member button. 

 3.1 become a member - Fill in whole profile.

To apply for membership, you'll need to fill in your whole profile. You can edit your profile by clicking on the edit profile button. 

 3.2 become a member - Send request to EuroTheo administration.

Once you've completed your profile, you need to return to the become a member page, by clicking on the 'become a member'-button. Now you'll see a new button, the 'click here to apply for membership'- button. If you click on this button a new page will appear, on this page you'll see an overview of your profile and a textfield for writing a motivation, this is your application form and will be sent to the eurotheo administration after clicking the send button.

3.3 become a member - wait for validation.

After sending your application form, you'll need to wait for confirmation by the eurotheo administration. This can take a while, but is handled as soon as possible. You will receive an e-mail with further instructions once the eurotheo administration has handled your request.

3.4 Payment status

Once your membership application has been validated, you can go back to the 'become a member' page. You will see that your membership status has been changed, and a payment code has been generated, next to title "Payment status".

This payment code needs to be filled out as message on the bank transfer, when you pay for your membership.  

 3.5 Wait for validation

Once you've paid, and the payment has been validated by the eurotheo administration, you are a member of the ESCT.
