Are you interested in the project of the Dondeyne House? Don't hesitate to ask (without any further obligation) a brochure.
2. Visiting days
On Saturday 21 April, 28 April and 5 May 2012, the annual visiting days are organized in cooperation with the Housing Services of KU Leuven. On these days you can visit all student residences of KU Leuven. You can also get a guided tour in Dondeyne House.
But you can also come pay us a visit outside these visiting days. Please first make an appointment:

3. Registration or Re-registration
You must first complete the application form to apply for a room in a non-subsidized residence.
Furthermore, you must also complete one of the following forms:
- Registration form for new students at Dondeyne House (= motivation letter + additional information)
- Re-registration form for students who were already accomodated at Dondeyne House
4. Selection procedure
Candidates are selected based upon:

A motivation letter and additional information
Candidates have to write a motivation letter in which they introduce themselves and explain why they want to participate in the program of the Dondeyne House. They also have to fill in an information form.

An interview with the director and the resident of the house
Suitable candidates will be invited for an interview. After the interview a commission decides whether or not the candidate is being accepted in the project.
The main criteria are 'motivation' and 'engagement'. Other criteria include:
- Balance between university / non-university students
- Balance between boys / girls
- Balance between different academic disciplines
- Brothers / Sisters
