Globalization
(module + seminar)
Second semester – Kleine Aula Maria-Theresia College, Sint-Michielsstraat 2, 3000 Leuven
Globalization is changing the ways societies work and the ways individuals think and interact with one another. During these seminars we will explore and discuss some of the ethical, political, and cultural implications of globalization. Ultimately these questions touch on our understanding of the human person: what it means to be a woman or a man today and the human experience of the Divine.
The first four evenings can be followed as a module. Lerkeveld-students can participate in the entire seminar as well. When registering, they have to choose explicitly for the seminar. Students who register for the entire seminar are expected to be present for every session; and they cannot pick and choose from the four evenings.
