2012-2013
The monthly rent for the academic year 2012-2013 is € 246 or € 266, depending on the size of the room. There are also four rooms with shower and bathroom at € 374 per month for doctoral students or students who start or follow a second study at a higher education school or university. Everything is included in this rent: House Program (in isolated instances extra costs for certain subdivisions), energy costs, city taxes, cleaning, connection and use of internet for K.U. Leuven students (non K.U. Leuven students sometimes have to pay a separate allowance for internet access - depending on their program).
