Open days

Around the time of the Easter holidays, the annual open door days take place in cooperation with the housing department of the KU Leuven. You’ll be given a guided tour of our house. Do you want a room for the academic year 2012-2013? The open door days in Lerkeveld take place on Saturday April 21, April 28 and May 5, 2012.

 

Registration for new students

Please note!

We only accept registrations as from the first open door day. Filling out and forwarding a registration form only makes sense from April 21, 2012, on.

Registration can only occur ONLINE by filling out this registration form.

If you want to register, you'll have to write a short motivation letter. Living in Lerkeveld involves attending one of the modules (three to four evening sessions) of our House Program. You are free to join the more extended program of the Dondeynehuis.

We not only offer housing, but also a House Program and a way of living together inspired by the participation in the Dondeynehuis.

The House Programs of Lerkeveld and of the Dondeynehuis are built on three important pillars: a social, a cultural and a religious/spiritual pillar. The aim is to broaden, increase and deepen the cultural-social horizons of the students.

Registration doesn't bind either party. In other words, it gives no guarantee of being selected for a room and participation in our project.

The main selection criteria are 'motivation' and 'commitment'. Other criteria are:

  • Ratio university students / non-university students
  • Ratio men/women
  • Ratio study programs
  • Brothers/sisters
