Belgium has the honour of having a young but strong and creative jazz scene.To motivate the continuation and growth of this specific culture, jazz clubs and bars arose in Belgium. By giving jazz artists a place to bring their music live, the clubs are able to entertain their visitors in a way that is unique. Visiting a jazz club is indulging yourself in an atmosphere of wooden interiors, relaxing music and mysterious lightning.

Discounts: It is possible to buy a reduction card which gives you a discount of 2.5 € on all theater performances an jazz concerts. The card is personal and costs 15 €.
De Werf has its own label and launches CD's in co-operation with Belgian jazz musicians. It is a "musicians' label", which means that optimal chances are given to musicians without artistic concessions or commercial goals. Visitors are motivated to support this project by buying a CD or promote it.
