- Scientific Reports
These reports are put together by the different Work Package Leaders based on the input from the participating partners. These will be checked and approved by the valorisation manager. First, a template will be forwarded to all Partners. This is submitted to the Work Package Leader who forwards it to the coordinator and valorisation manager.
- Deliverables and Milestones: Overview of the expected deliverables and milestones of the Project
- Progress Reports
Work package leaders prepare together with the partners involved the reports on the individual work packages. Partners communicate information about Knowledge management and Innovation with the coordinator who will be assisted by a valorisation manager, to be approved by the Steering Board. The results are discussed at the Steering Board meeting.
- Audit certificates
Partners must individually and annually prepare the cost reports and will take care of their own audit certificates. The Legal Department of KULeuven will assist and prepare the global cost report.
