National Projects

	CellCoVir - IWT SBO. In collaboration with Ghent University and CD3. From December 2007 to November 2011. Project leader is prof. Zeger Debyser.
FWO G.0406.06: "The role of new identified genes in molecular pathogenesis in Parkinson's Disease". From January 2006 to December 2009. Project leader is prof. Baekelandt.
FWO G.0114.08: "Research on prolyl oligopeptidase as therapeutic target for neuropathological diseases: blockers, substrates and ligands". From January 2008 to December 2011. Project leader is prof. Baekelandt.
FWO G.0484.08:"Therapeutic potential of endogenous adult neural stem cells in animal models for Parkinson's disease". From January 2008 to December 2011. Prof. Baekelandt in collaboration with prof. Debyser.
FWO G.0530.08:"Molecular mechanism of LEDGF/p75 as co-factor of HIV-1 integration." From January 2008 to December 2011. Project leader is prof. Debyser.
IOF-KP/07/001: KUL-PARK: "Technological platform for validation of new therapeutic targets for Parkinson's disease and development of drugs against validated targets". Prof. Baekelandt in collaboration with prof. Debyser, prof. Joris Winderickx, prof. Koen Van Laere, prof. Engelborghs. From October 2007 till September 2011.
IOF-KP/07/008: "Technological platform for validation of new cofacotrs of HIV as antiviral target and identification and development of drugs again validated co-factors (CellCoHIV)". From October 2007 till September 2011. Prof. Debyser in collaboration with prof. Engelborghs, prof. Witvrouw, prof. Strelkov and dr. Patrick Chaltin.
	moSAIC: molecular Small Animal Imaging Centre of the K.U.Leuven. A collaborative project with prof. Mortelmans, prof. Himmelreich, prof. Van Laere, prof. Debyser, prof. Baekelandt, prof. Verbruggen.

International Projects

	THINC - EU FP7 - "Targeting HIV Integration Co-Factors, targeting cellular proteins during nuclear import or integration of HIV". From March 2008 to February 2011. The consortium consists of 7 legal entities with Zeger Debyser as coordinator.
	DiMI - EU FP6 - Network of Excellence: "Identification of new in vivo molecular imaging markers for diagnostic purposes". From May 2005 to April 2010. The consortium consists of 59 partners with its coordinating centre in Cologne.
	ExCellENT-HIT - EU FP6 - Specific Targeted Research and Innovation Project. "From November 2006 to October 2008. The consortium consists of 6 legal entities with Myriam Witvrouw as coordinator.
