International Projects

THINC - EU FP7 - "Targeting HIV Integration Co-Factors, targeting cellular proteins during nuclear import or integration of HIV". From March 2008 to February 2011. The consortium consists of 7 legal entities with Zeger Debyser as coordinator.
DiMI - EU FP6 - Network of Excellence: "Identification of new in vivo molecular imaging markers for diagnostic purposes". From May 2005 to April 2010. The consortium consists of 59 partners with its coordinating centre in Cologne.
  ExCellENT-HIT - EU FP6 - Specific Targeted Research and Innovation Project. "From November 2006 to October 2008. The consortium consists of 6 legal entities with Myriam Witvrouw as coordinator.

"Development and non-invasive monitoring of new animal models based on local somatic transgenesis for better diagnosis and therapy of neurodegenerative diseases".

FCS - IWT SBO: "Fluorescence Correlation Spectroscopy for the evaluation and valorisation of drug-target interactions in the living cell". From October 2003 to October 2007. Coordinator Yves Engelborghs.
Fund for Scientific Research Flanders, FWO, G.0164.03: "Study of the role of alpha-synuclein and parkin in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease using lentiviral vector technology".

TRIoH - EU FP6 - Integrated Project: "Targeting Replication and Integration of HIV". From January 2004 to June 2007 (extended). The consortium consisted of 25 legal entities with Myriam Witvrouw as coordinator.
