Content
In this course attention is paid to the standards that make up the ecclesiastical process. The special procedures are also covered, such as the criminal proceedings and the hierarchic appeal. The different dramatis personae playing a role in the ecclesiastical process are also thoroughly analyzed. At last, a comparison is made between the criteria of quality applied by the secular law and the standard adopted by the Church in the area of the procedural law.
