Aims

To reach a fundamental knowledge about the impact of religion on a modern society and the possible juridical consequences.
To develop the ability to explore the evolutions in society and the impact of this evolution on law and religion.
During this training the aim is also to develop the evaluation capacity of those above mentioned processes.
To stimulate all those abilities, guest professors will be invited who are experts in those actual matters in orde to unable the students to handle actual themes and at the same time to improve the capacity in observing in which ways canon law influences those processes.
Subject for the master proof paper will be taken out of one of the subjects presented during those special lectures.

Basic knowledge bachelor of theology and/or bachelor of law
