Aims"Law of religious communities studies the third part of Book II of the Code of Canon Law. The main goal of this course is to provide a good understanding of the Canon Law concerning religious communities as a frame for laws specific to each religious institute. Religious students will be encouraged to share with the group the identity and spiritual heritage of their institute and the way in which their identity shapes their particular legislation. Many practical examples will be given in order to show how theology concerning religious life 'lands' into regulations for the daily life. Useful reading will be indicated during the course". This course is included in Master in het kerkelijk recht (Verplicht) Activities
