Analysis of Crisis Communication.

This project aims to achieve two mail goals:
(1) A more global analysis of the crisis communication of the Direction General Crisis Centre (DGCC), the collaboration with the communication services of the other federal government services and other involved authorities by focussing on communication strategy, communication tools, organisation of the communication and the organisation structure;
(2) A more specific analysis of the crisis communication in which the DGCC and other relevant actors (other government services, governments, journalists, organisations, citizens,…) are involved, by focussing on cases in which the media coverage and the role of the different actors will be studied (using content analyses and focus groups interviews)
