- Study of innovation and change processes in organisations (companies, educational institutions, social welfare organisations). - Consulting for change projects, e.g. mergers, implementing autonomous work groups, implementing organisational changes in keeping with new strategies, new forms of work organisation such as telework, shared facilities,... - Diagnosis of organizational culture and employee satisfaction, followed by recommendations. - Study of managerial roles and working processes in multi-party collaborative settings (alliances, partnerships, networks). - Research on negotiation flexibility in multi-party conflict situations. - Research on training programmes for (internal and external) organisational change consultants and other forms of experiential learning. - Organisation development and change processes in Non-Governmental Organisations. - Consulting in Human Resources Management.
