Research team description: Top

The Biostatistical Centre combines theoretical biostatistical research with pratical data analysis. The major research areas of the group are: repeated measurements, clinical trials, discriminant analysis, sequential analysis, spatial analysis. The Centre has organized workshops, international and national courses in collaboration with institutes from abroad such as University college of London, Free University of Berlin, Lancaster University, etc. The Centre also provides internal and external consulting in biostatistics. The last 5 years the centre has got a broad professional experience in the clinical trial methodology both in practice as well as in theory.
