The “MUSIC FOR LIFE”-TOUR!!!

This year Studio Brussels brings the “Music For Life”- action back to Leuven. Music for life 2011 isn’t limited to Leuven, it will pass by on two other locations where the “Glazen Huis” has been: Ghent and Antwerp.

The University Sports Centre organizes from the 21sth of November until the 16^th of December a charity event “FIT FOR LIFE” ending with a splashing “DANCE FOR LIFE”-evening on 14^th of December.

Just like Studio Brussels, we would like to invite you to travel with us in a fitness-minded way between

GHENT, ANTWERP AND LEUVEN.

We would like to encourage you to travel a distance of 185km in 4 weeks, the equivalent of 3700Kcal.

HOW DO YOU PARTICIPATE?

1) For 2€ you will receive a stamp card in Univ-Fit with a sponsor form. These 2€ are completely invested in Music For Life. Extra money can be collected by getting yourself a sponsor.

2) You have 4 weeks to collect the distance Leuven-Antwerp (50km), Antwerp-Ghent (55km) and GHent-Leuven (80km) on the cardio machines in Univ-Fit.

OR

You enter during this time in 7 GROUP CLASSES and you participate in the splashing “DANCE FOR LIFE”-evening (salsa, dance acts, zumba) on 14th December at 20u in the big room in Building The Nayer.
For the group classes there is a variety of choices: step aerobic, zumba, total body work out, condition training, body-power, figure training, aerobics en conditional fitness.

REWARD?

3) We hand out 5 fitness-memberships among participators!!!
