The KU Leuven swimming pool is a 25 m. pool, equipped with starting blocks, springboards and an underwater window for scientific research. But, most important, there is lots of water.
It is ideal for improving your condition, for having fun or just for a refreshing swim after studying. Each day the university is open we offer you hours for 'free swimming'.
Price
Admission is free if you have a sports card. Otherwise you can buy a day pass for € 2,00 at the vending machine in the entrance hall of the gymnasium.
A lot of activities:
- Free swimming (opening hours);
- Training sessions for the university team;
- Swimming lessons for children and adults;
- Kayak;
- Water polo;
- Swimming for staff.
Swimming cap is required!
If you don't have one, you can buy one for € 2,00 (take an extra day pass from the vending machine, and exchange it for your swimming cap).
