How to register

For the first time, or after a break

Admission
First, you need to be admitted to a programme. Forms and information are available from the International Admissions and Mobility Unit. Admission grants you permission to register.

Definitive registration
To make your registration definitive, you must come by. When, where, and what you must bring, you will find in practical information.

Re-registration: starting from the second consecutive year

For re-registration, you no longer need to come by. You are invited by e-mail to re-register online. You will find re-registration in the menu of KU Loket. After your re-registration, you will receive all the necessary documents at home in the post. In certain cases, other permissions are required from the International Admissions and Mobility Unit.

Re-register before October 10
After October 10, online registration is no longer possible because your username and password will have expired. It is thus important that you are registered before the beginning of the new academic year.

For an additional registration

You can register for different programmes at the same time. If you wish to register for an additional programme after your definitive registration, then you need the permission of the head of the International Admissions and Mobility Unit.
