Paid holidays
Labour Day (1/5), Ascension Day (17/5) and Whit Monday (28/5) are paid holidays.
You do not normally work on this day, but mostly you are entitled to payment for it. If you are paid for this day, it will be taken into account for the calculation of the 50 working days.
If you are a student employee who works at KU Leuven and you didn’t work on these days, you should not fill in any hours on your timesheet. You normally will receive payment for this day automatically.
If you did actually work on this day, you should fill in the number of hours you worked on your timesheet.
