For Students at KU Leuven, Groep T, Lemmens and Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School

The Medical Centre for students is staffed by a team of doctors with extensive experience in student-related health issues, such as concentration disorders, stress, contraception, Flu vaccination, etc.
The Centre’s daily practice focuses on prevention and information and on the physical and mental well-being of students in general. Students with problems of a psychological nature can be referred to the Medical Centre's psychiatrists or to the Psychotherapeutic Centre.

Extended opening hours at the Student Medical Centre: consultations on Saturday from 10:00 am until 12 noon and permanent telephone access for emergencies 016 32 44 20.

Consultations by appointment only
Weekdays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (holidays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) at Van Dalecollege, Naamsestraat 80, 3000 Leuven.
House calls by request.
Night and weekend emergency service: 070 25 70 25 or walk in clinic (Sat-Sun-Holiday 9 AM -9PM) at Dijlemolens, Zwartzusterstraat 16/1, 3000 Leuven.

Cost and reimbursement

The student doctor charges the official Belgian health care rates and deliver a receipt for reimbursement by your health insurance company.
Students covered by the public Belgian health insurance with a low income can apply for omnio for higher refunds.
Consultations for medical certificates for sports clubs, employment or visa applications are not covered by the public Belgian health insurance.
