ORGANISATION

The university's commitment to diversity is supported by a dynamic network of more than 100 participants in faculties, offices and campuses. The Diversity Council is the key figure in the decision-making process.

The diversity policy is aimed at helping staff and students with diverse backgrounds achieve their full potential. In addition, it focuses on students by teaching them a nuanced approach to the increasing diversity in society.

"Invite people into your life who don't look or act like you.
You might find they challenge your assumptions and make you grow."

Mellody Hobson (First African-American business woman)
