The university's commitment to diversity is supported by a dynamic network of more than 100 participants in faculties, offices and campuses. The Diversity Council is the key figure in the decision-making process.

The diversity policy is aimed at helping staff and students with diverse backgrounds achieve their full potential. In addition, it focuses on students by teaching them a nuanced approach to the increasing diversity in society.
