KICK Challenge

Have you ever had an innovative idea, but didn’t know what to do with it or where to start? Or are you just itching to do more, preferably something that could have a positive impact on society?

The KICK Challenge is a business plan competition with a special focus on tackling societal challenges. For example, do you want to make a positive contribution to the global warming challenge, to the reduction of poverty or do you want to look for sustainable energy solution? Register, explain your idea and maybe you will be selected to further develop your idea!

The competition is organized by KU Leuven KICK in partnership with the Gemma Frisius Fund, the Industrial Research Fund (IOF) and Academics for Development (AFD). They provide a personally assigned coach per team and several workshops, so you definitely don't have to be a business expert to participate!

More information about the program, selection criteria, competition rules and the prizes can be found on the website of the KICK Challenge. There you will also find various success stories that can inspire you.
